For first-time appointments, a valid government-issued photo ID is required for a brief identity verification upon arrival.This is simply to confirm that the name on your identification matches the name used for your appointment and to help maintain accurate client records.You do not need to send a photo of your ID before your appointment, and no copies or photographs of your identification are taken or retained. You will simply present your ID when you arrive for a quick visual verification, and that's it.Your privacy is important to me. My full name and professional credentials are openly displayed within the studio as well, so this is not about asking for personal information without transparency. It is simply a mutual identity-verification step for private appointments.

Advance booking is highly recommended, especially if you have a specific date or time in mind. Availability can change quickly, and booking as soon as you know your schedule is the best way to secure your preferred appointment time.

Yes! Same-day appointments are welcome when availability permits. Same-day bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance to avoid additional last-minute booking fees.

What should I expect during my first appointment?

After booking online, you will automatically receive your appointment confirmation, private studio location, and arrival instructions by email.Before your massage, you will complete a client intake form so I can learn about your health history, areas of concern, pressure preferences, and goals for your session. We will also briefly discuss your needs and preferences before beginning.For your comfort and safety, you must be comfortable providing your legal name and accurate information for client records.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Loose, comfortable clothing that is easy to change in and out of is recommended.During the massage, you will be professionally draped at all times, with only the area being worked on exposed

Yes. Clients are expected to arrive freshly showered and ready for their session.If you are unable to shower beforehand, a shower may be available for an additional fee. Please inquire in advance.

What happens if I arrive late?

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you arrive late, your massage may need to be shortened, but the full-service rate remains due.If additional time happens to be available after your scheduled appointment, I may be able to extend your session at my discretion. However, this cannot be guaranteed, so arriving on time is always recommended.

Do you offer couples massages?

Yes. Couples' sessions are available as back-to-back appointments rather than simultaneous massages.One guest will receive their massage first, followed by the second guest. Partners are welcome to remain in the studio during the other person's session, provided everyone is comfortable and the environment remains respectful and appropriate.

Yes. Hotel and in-room massage appointments are available.Hotel/travel appointments start at $500 for 90 minutes. Can I book a massage at my home or hotel for the same price as a studio appointment?

No. Travel and hotel appointments have separate pricing because they require additional travel time, equipment transportation, setup, and breakdown.

Yes. All clients are required to complete a client intake form before receiving a massage. This allows me to understand your health history, areas of concern, pressure preferences, and goals for your session. You can save time by filling it out online instead. Can I request a specific pressure?

Absolutely. Your massage is customized to your preferences and needs. During your appointment, you are encouraged to communicate if the pressure is too light, too deep, or otherwise needs to be adjusted.

Yes. Let me know what areas you would like prioritized during your session. Your massage will be customized around your individual goals and needs. I do prioritize full-body massage. Please disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, medications, recent procedures, or other concerns on your intake form and before your session.Depending on the situation, certain techniques or services may need to be modified, avoided, or postponed. When appropriate, clearance from your healthcare provider may be recommended.
