TERMS & POLICIES

By booking any service, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions. All policies are in place to ensure professional service quality, proper scheduling, and respect for time on both sides.



BOOKING POLICY

All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Same-day, last-minute, or expedited bookings are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and approval.

Priority or rush bookings may be accepted at the provider’s discretion and may include an additional fee.

All appointments are confirmed only upon acceptance and completion of booking requirements.



CORPORATE & EVENT SERVICES

Corporate wellness and event chair massage services require a minimum booking duration of 2 hours.

Event bookings must be confirmed in advance and may require a deposit or full payment depending on the size, location, and scheduling requirements.

The client/organization is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and accessible space for service delivery.

Travel, setup, and breakdown time are included in scheduling considerations. Additional travel fees may apply depending on location.

Final attendee counts and event details must be confirmed prior to the scheduled date.



CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or event will not incur a fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled time, same-day cancellations, or no-shows are subject to a 100% charge of the reserved service.

Reserved time is held exclusively and may prevent acceptance of other bookings.



PAYMENT & FEES

Prices are subject to change at any time. Additional fees may apply for travel, rush scheduling, after-hours service, or special event requirements.

All payments are due as agreed at the time of booking or service confirmation.



PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Professionalism, respect, and appropriate conduct are required at all times. Services may be refused or terminated without refund if conditions are unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.

By booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above.
