Cancellation Policy

CONSULTATION BOOKING POLICY 1. Payment: All phone and video consultations must be booked and paid for in full in advance. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is processed. 2. Appointment Times: Please be available at your scheduled time. Late arrivals will not extend your consultation, and the session will end at its originally scheduled time. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to request a cancellation or rescheduling. Requests made with sufficient notice may qualify for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are nonrefundable, except where required by law or when I am responsible for the cancellation. 4. Missed Appointments: If you do not answer your scheduled phone call or join your video meeting, your appointment may be treated as a missed session. I will make reasonable efforts to contact you during your scheduled appointment window. Missed appointments are nonrefundable, except where required by law or when I am responsible. 5. Phone & Video Access: Please provide an accurate phone number and email address. Video clients must have a compatible device, working camera and microphone, and stable internet connection. Meeting details will be provided with your confirmation. 6. Consultation Scope: Consultations are for discussing my massage services, booking questions, and client preferences. They are not massage appointments, medical diagnoses, or substitutes for medical advice. A consultation does not guarantee a future booking. 7. Communication Boundaries: Unscheduled calls and conversations outside your purchased consultation time are not included. Additional time must be booked and paid for separately, subject to availability. 8. Technical Issues: If technical difficulties prevent a consultation from taking place, I will assess the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.
