CONSULTATION BOOKING POLICY
1. Advance Booking and Payment
All phone and video consultations must be booked and paid for in full at the time of reservation. Consultation appointments are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
2. Appointment Preparation
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and being available at their scheduled appointment time.
Phone consultations will take place using the contact information provided during booking. Video consultations will take place through the designated video conferencing link supplied in the appointment confirmation.
3. Late Arrivals
Please be available at your scheduled appointment time.
If you are late, your consultation will still end at the originally scheduled time. The appointment will not automatically be extended, and the full consultation fee remains due.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to request a cancellation or rescheduling.
Requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a rescheduled appointment or refund, subject to the circumstances and applicable refund requirements.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are nonrefundable, except where Tasha LMT is responsible for the cancellation.
5. Missed Appointments
If a client does not answer the scheduled phone call or does not join the scheduled video consultation, the appointment will be considered a missed appointment.
I will make reasonable efforts to establish contact during the scheduled appointment window. Missed appointments are nonrefundable, except where Tasha is responsible for the missed appointment.
6. Consultation Scope
Consultations provide an opportunity to discuss available services, booking questions, preferences, and general service-related information.
A consultation is not a massage appointment, medical diagnosis, or substitute for medical advice. Booking a consultation does not guarantee the availability of, or eligibility for, a future service.
7. Communication Boundaries
All consultations must be scheduled through the official booking system. Unscheduled calls, extended conversations outside the purchased appointment duration, and additional consultation time are not included in the booking fee.
Additional consultation time is subject to availability and must be booked and paid for separately.
8. Technical Issues
For video consultations, clients are responsible for ensuring they have a compatible device, a working camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection.
If a technical issue prevents the consultation from taking place, Tasha will assess the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution, consistent with the refund obligations.
9. Agreement
By booking a consultation, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this consultation booking policy.
