Cancellation Policy

Corporate wellness and event bookings require a minimum of 2 hours. To reserve your event date and time, advance booking is strongly recommended. A deposit or full payment may be required for larger events, corporate bookings, after-hours requests, or travel-based services. The client/organization is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and accessible setup area with adequate space for chair massage services. Please allow setup and breakdown time before and after the scheduled event. Travel fees may apply depending on location and duration. Final attendee counts, scheduling details, and event logistics should be confirmed prior to the event date to ensure smooth service flow. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit. Professionalism and respectful conduct are expected at all times. Services may be refused or terminated if the environment becomes unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive. Rates, availability, and policies are subject to change at any time.
