Booking Policy: • Deposit required to secure appointment • Remaining balance due prior to session • Exact location provided after confirmation • Clients must arrive on time and respect scheduled booking window • Travel requests must be approved in advance Serious inquiries only. Cancellation Policy
By booking, clients agree to all policies listed below. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client to ensure a high-quality experience and proper scheduling flow. **Advanced booking is required for all services. Same-day, last minute, or expedited bookings are considered priority requests and may be subject to additional fees and provider approval. Availability is not guaranteed for short-notice requests, and all bookings are confirmed at the provider's discretion** Please arrive on time, hydrated, and prepared for your session. Respect for time, communication, and professionalism is expected on both sides. A valid card may be required to reserve appointments. Certain services, same-day bookings, mobile sessions, event bookings, and after-hours appointments may require deposits or full payment in advance. Service rates, policies, and availability are subject to change at any time. Client booking rules • Same-day appointments are subject to availability and approval. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or canceled. • Last-minute cancellations, repeated reschedules, excessive no-shows, or disrespectful behavior may result in refusal of future bookings. • Please book the correct service duration desired. Additional time cannot always be added during the appointment. • Mobile bookings require advance notice and may include travel/setup fees. • A calm, clean, and professional environment is expected at all times. • Any inappropriate conduct or solicitation immediately ends the session with no refund. Booking window Appointments may be booked up to 30 days in advance. Same-day and next-day bookings are limited and based on availability. After-hours appointments should be requested in advance to ensure scheduling availability. Deposits are non-refundable and will count towards your session. All payments are non-refundable.
